Note :    No Proposal other than for  the above said Mandals  shall be accepted. However, there is no area restriction for starting Hotel Management Colleges.

2.       In case of (B) i.e Under Graduate Courses in existing U.G. Colleges, the Proposals for additional UG courses / combinations / additional Sections, the managements can submit in one application form only.

3.       In case of (C) i.e  the proposals for PG Courses :

(a)  The  Degree College should have a standing of at least  5 years and the college must have been offering at the U.G.  level the subject proposed for the P.G. Course at least for the last three years. A separate Application form has to be submitted for each Course.

(b)  Such of the Engineering Colleges which have been in existence for more than 10 years and at least 4 batches of candidates have been graduated may apply for starting PG courses in basic sciences of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subject to the rules prescribed.

Note:.

i.   The colleges have to apply for starting only such of the P.G. courses which are specified in the list enclosed to the guidelines, subject  to their eligibility.

ii.  A separate application form is to be submitted for enhancement of seats in each of existing P.G. Course. The cost of Application for enhancement of seats in P.G. Course is Rs.500/- and Registration and processing fee is Rs.15,000/-. The applications for P.G. Diploma Courses and for enhancement of intake in existing P.G.Courses along with eligibility criteria and guidelines are available at APSCHE only.  

iii.                        However, guidelines and applications for starting M.Sc Bio-technology course will be made available in APSCHE on payment of prescribed fee from10- 3-2006.

4.       The cost of Application form and Registration, Processing and Inspection fee for A / B / C mentioned above and for Enhancement of intake in the existing P.G. courses should be paid in the form of Crossed Demand Draft (DD) from a Nationalized / Scheduled Bank in favor of SECRETARY, APSCHE payable at Hyderabad.

5.       Details and other related information can be had from the Guidelines supplied along with the application forms and from website www.apsche.org. Clarifications, if any, can be had from the office of the A.P. State Council of Higher Education.
